Sales Executive


 Description In this role you will be responsible for driving new business across all critical product areas while establishing high-level relationships with key decision makers and ensuring both growth and long term client satisfaction. Successful candidates are innovative, driven and entrepreneurial and will have a demonstrated ability to drive new business, develop and leverage a strong client network, and deliver repeatable and consistent business offerings with a focus on quality, creativity, and integrity. We’re looking for ambitious, motivated and outstanding deal-makers to join our globally recognized team. You will be responsible for generating high value deals amongst our corporate clients and for penetrating new markets. This seasoned representative will focus of building and managing a sales pipeline and should have no less than 5 years of solution oriented, sales experience, preferably in a new media context.    


• Grow and maximize sales revenue; maintain a consistent closing record

• Build pipeline through self-initiated sales, business development, marketing and networking initiatives and warm/ cold calling

• Develop and communicate effective business and action plans

• Coordinate with Account Managers, Marketing and appropriate support teams

 • Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects

• Effectively and successful lead negotiations and work closely with internal Legal resources

• Conduct needs/solutions analysis • Develop and maintain a database of potential and existing opportunities

• Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key investors and potential clients

• Attend networking events   Qualifications: • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets

• Demonstrated success in negotiation and full life cycle sales

• Proven ability to be a self starter and the ability to drive the sales process

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and driven environment • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, brokerage or consultancy with an emphasis on solution selling

• Able to travel; 25%  


Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma, Collage degree or equivalent. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quick Books Basic Information technology System Support and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm. This is normally acquired through one to three years of clerical experience.  WORKING CONDITIONS Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Some travel will be expected
